As a place of popular gathering for new citizens or old, the citizenship office has a special bulletin board for new and old laws written by the Royal Family that should be followed in Estellia.
Breaking these laws will result in various punishments as described along with the laws, however the most prominent punishment will be imprisonment within the dungeons - with the more harsher laws being exile or execution. You have hereby been warned, good luck.

ROYAL DECREE OF THAMOS [bg=e6e6e6][atrb=border,0px,true][atrb=width,400px,true][atrb=cellpadding,10px,true] JULIUS LYNN KHAYAL. King of Thamos, Hero of Pulse.
LAWS & RULES:
▌ TRAINED DENIZENS - At the age of seven, members of the Thamos society are taken from their parents to be trained within the academies of Thamos, the guilds teach the citizens the proper techniques to fight against invading armies and monsters. They remain within the academy & guilds until they are thirteen years of age where they may expand upon several categories. To align themselves with the city, becoming those who make weapons, armour and armaments for the city-state. To align themselves within the military and be released at the rank of solider, if not higher due to traits & talent. Or to align themselves with the state, to be one who desire to be apart of the councils and politics of the Thamos.
▌ RESPECT OFFICIALS - Without respect, their is no honor, nor no purpose in defending this country from the onslaught of threats. As commanded by that of the king, citizens of Thamos are to respect their royal blood, and commanding officers. Those who have been enlisted into the military are also to be respected regardless of rank. Respect council members and guests of the King that are found within the city-state, as well as your fellow works and neighbors. Everyone works together to make the nation a stronger whole, disrespect of anyone committing to the Thamos is an insult to the city-state itself, and is taken harshly.
▌ DEATH INTOLERANT - Anyone caught committing a murder, or attempting to commit the act shall be sentenced to death before the court. They alone have a chance to voice out why they committed such a disgraceful act before the kingdom. If the person found guilty convinces the court it was an honorable death, and committed for proper reasons they will be partitioned. However if you fail to give proper reason to the king you shall be exiled if the crime is light enough, or death on the spot if the crime was heinous enough to demand it.
▌ FIREARM BAN - With the recent discovery of fire-arms, their power is far to raw and inhumane to be used around the city-state of Thamos. The king has outlawed the weapons from the public and has limited it only to soldiers of the highest rank and those found within the king's court. Carrying a banned weapon quickly will lead to either exile from the city-state and removal from the caste, to death depending on the amount and size of the weapon, all storage and selling of the product is prohibited as well.
